THE PLAY KITS

1. What does each Noor & Koala box contain?

Each box contains educational toys inspired by the Montessori method, a bilingual book and a parent guide to support your child's learning according to their age.

2. How are the toys selected?

Our toys are carefully selected to meet the specific needs of each age group and promote playful and sensory learning.

3. Do the toys comply with safety standards?

Yes, all our toys comply with international safety standards to ensure safe use by toddlers.

4. Are the materials used environmentally friendly?

We favour sustainable and environmentally friendly materials, such as wood, Oeko-Tex cotton and non-toxic paints.

5. How do I wash the toys?

We recommend washing the toys before first use. Wooden toys should not be immersed in water; use a damp cloth. The Miko plush toy should be carefully hand-washed with soap.

USING THE BOXES

1. How do I use the different toys with my child?

Each kit comes with a parent's guide to explain the purpose of each toy and to help you stimulate your child through play.

2. What if my child is not immediately interested in toys?

Give him time to explore at his own pace. You can reintroduce the toys later in a new environment or context.

3. How long can my child play with the toys in a box?

The toys are designed to grow with the child. They can be used for several months, discovering new ways to play as they get older.

4. My child is unable to complete certain steps despite choosing a box suitable for their age. Is this serious?

Every child develops at their own pace, and key milestones occur over a period of time (often a few months) rather than on a specific date. Therefore, allow your child time to reach these milestones.

LEARNING A SECOND LANGUAGE

1. Do I need to be bilingual to use the kits?

Not at all! Our guides include ready-to-use phrases with phonetics to support you in language learning.

2. Can my child mix languages? Is that a problem?

This is perfectly normal and temporary. It's part of the natural process of learning bilingualism.

3. How can I encourage my child to use the second language?

Incorporate the language into everyday moments (games, songs, routines) and be consistent in your use. The cards and toys are there to help you.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND DELIVERY

1. Can I give a box as a gift?

Yes, we offer the boxes for sale individually, without subscription, perfect for special occasions.

2. How does the subscription work?

Our boxes are shipped every 3 months (between 0 and 12 months - then every 6 months between 12 and 36 months) directly to your home, in packaging designed to protect the toys.

3. Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location.

4. Can I buy a single box without subscribing?

Absolutely, you can choose a single box if you prefer to try it before subscribing. We offer two subscription options:

A subscription of 4 boxes including: 5% discount on each box, free delivery + a free Miko the Koala plush toy.
A subscription of 2 or 3 boxes including: 5% discount on each box + free delivery

5. What is the maximum return period?
